Not only does she act for her clients in relation to the acquisition of their investment property, but also post acquisition, she works with her clients to assist them with their day-to-day management of the properties. This can range from dealing with a wide range of management issues (for both landlords and tenants) arising from commercial lettings, including agreement for leases, the grant and renewal of leases, licences, surrenders, variations, rent reviews, dilapidations, service charge disputes, and possession actions.

This involved managing a team of 4, preparing a project plan for the client and team to ensure timely delivery of reports to the lender’s solicitors and chairing a post transaction review meetings with the client to improve delivery of service for forthcoming projects of a similar nature.
Sushila acted for a substantial new letting for a client in respect of their prominent new head offices in Central London where the value of the annual rental exceeded £2.5million. Sushila projected managed the transaction. This involved preparing a project plan to manage the delivery of the project within a tight timeframe, managing a team of 3 and organising weekly conference calls to ensure a smooth reporting process between the clients various professional advisors.
