Simon is head of property litigation and specialises in both commercial and residential property disputes, including leasehold enfranchisement claims. He also handles commercial disputes and professional negligence claims.

Simon has experience in all levels of court work, including the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal. He also deals with cases in other dispute resolution forums, such as the property tribunals, arbitration and mediation.

Simon often speaks and writes on litigation related subjects, including in the Property Law Journal, the Merger and Acquisitions Journal and Flat Living.
