Jesper advises on all aspects of employment law including contracts and policies, as well as employment tribunal proceedings. Before qualifying as a solicitor, Jesper worked as a human resources manager.
He has substantial experience of dealing with all employment and related commercial matters, as well as race, sex and disability claims. This includes advising on case preparation, selection of counsel, interviewing witnesses and negotiating settlement. Jesper will also advise clients on general employment disputes concerning allegations of unfair dismissal and breach of contract.
His involvement in non-contentious matters may include business transfers and large scale redundancy programmes, business re-organisation, changes in working practices and trade union agreements and recognition.
