Helen works with a wide variety of clients, from trustees of landed estates to lottery winners. She deals with a broad range of private client work, including drafting Wills and Trust documents, administering estates, and advising on estate planning and international issues.

She often administers estates that include overseas assets and provides advice on cross-border estate planning. She has experience of dealing with offers in lieu of inheritance tax for pre-eminent objects, and has advised on the application of business property relief and agricultural property relief.

Helen has a particular interest in Court of Protection matters, including making applications to the Court of Protection to appoint a deputy, preparing powers of attorney and advising attorneys and deputies about their rights and duties.
