David is a Roll A Parliamentary Agent and as such is authorised to promote Private Bills in the Westminster Parliament. David specialises in consents required for transport infrastructure schemes, including rapid transit and port infrastructure and acts for various harbour authorities. His work with environmental law issues includes advising on environmental impact assessment relating to town and country planning, transport and other infrastructure authorisation. Other planning work encompasses compulsory acquisition and compensation.

David also advises on matters relating to Public and Administrative law, including statutory powers, constitutional matters, regulatory and disciplinary matters, Freedom of Information, Data Protection, Human Rights and Judicial Review.

His practice includes public procurement and related State Aid matters. He advises on Articles 101 and 102 of the EU Treaty and domestic competition law.
