David has over many years and for a variety of clients dealt with all aspects of commercial real estate work with a particular focus on acquisitions, disposals, the grant and taking of leases, as well as office and retail occupiers. In understanding his client’s key objectives, his aim is to deliver solutions in the most effective and expeditious manner possible.
David’s firm belief is that property transactions should not be contentious – and having advised clients on both sides of the fence he is quick to spot the pinch points and issues that need to be ironed out, so the transaction goes smoothly. He also believes early involvement (at the term negotiation stage) is at least one key to success.
