She provides legal advice regarding front end land assembly, particularly with respect to the preparation of books of reference for development consent orders, transport and works act orders, as well as schedules of interests for compulsory purchase orders. This involves working closely with clients to programme and implement compulsory purchase powers.

Alyce assists clients to obtain access to land for survey and investigation as well as temporary possession by use of order powers or by way of voluntary agreement. She also helps clients to acquire land or permanent rights in land by consensual transfer or compulsorily acquisition via the general vesting declaration (GVD) and notice to treat processes.
