Our connection with the water and sewerage sectors dates back many years, to the days of river and conservancy boards. This wealth of experience is continuing and growing: we promoted the first Compulsory Works Order for a flood defence scheme, which was confirmed in 2007, and we are advising on several major reservoir projects.
Today, our team is focused on assisting with the delivery of major projects, including reservoirs, flood defence schemes, waste water treatment works and water transfer schemes. You may require us to advise you through the process of preparing application documents, public inquiries, objector management or the negotiation of agreements with stakeholders.
