Robbie is a planning and infrastructure lawyer and Head of Major Projects at Bircham Dyson Bell. He is also a 'Roll A' Parliamentary Agent.
He has over 20 years' experience of successfully promoting and opposing a wide range of infrastructure and other major projects, such as ports, railways, roads, urban transit systems and water projects, advising both the public and private sector, promoters and objectors. He heads up one of the largest planning law teams in the UK which is supported by an in-house public affairs and communications consultancy.
Robbie is a member of the Conservative Party's Planning Sounding Board chaired by John Howell MP and the Department for Communities and Local Government's Planning Sounding Board, both non-party political boards which advise on a wide range of planning policy issues.
