As head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, Richard handles all types of commercial litigation, including judicial review and defamation, acting for both businesses and charities.
He has been involved in several major cases including a claim for breach of service contract and fiduciary duty, defending a major corporation in a multi-million dollar lawsuit, as well as numerous judicial reviews involving major public bodies.
