Experience

Peter specialises in corporate and commercial law, advising public and private companies on, amongst other things, acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, equity and debt fundings and flotations.  He values building close relations with owners of privately held companies, helping them to grow their businesses and achieve an exit.  He has a background in science and intellectual property, which have been used to advantage in advising clients in the healthcare and technology sectors, with particular recent emphasis on the outsourcing of NHS and private hospital services. He is the leader of the Firm's Healthcare Sector Group.
