Helen comes from a City background and has expertise in the full range of commercial and residential property litigation and dispute resolution, including leasehold enfranchisement claims. Helen is experienced in all levels of court and tribunal work as well as other dispute resolution forums such as arbitration and mediation. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
Helen also handles commercial and insolvency related disputes and professional negligence claims against solicitors, surveyors and other professionals.
