Guy has over 20 years’ extensive experience advising many corporate and individual clients on general commercial matters. This includes strategic advice on acquisitions and sales of businesses.
He advises on day-to-day problems in employment law and has experience in immigration law. He also advises on general commercial contract issues.
Guy was elected as Managing Partner effective from 5 September 2005.
