Ellen joined the firm at a year qualified in 2006 and was made an Associate in 2010.
Ellen deals with a variety of commercial transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties ranging from high street shops to multi unit estates; leasehold work acting for both landlord and tenant clients; acting for developers negotiating development contracts in particular for conversion of existing buildings to alternative uses; acting for lenders in taking finance over both commercial and high value residential properties and dealing with the property aspects of acquiring land (whether by negotiation or under CPO powers) for transport infrastructure projects.
