
David is experienced in advising public authorities, trade associations and corporate bodies on all forms of legislative procedure. He is a specialist in EU law and procedures, including public procurement, competition, grants and loans, tax and excise duties.
David is also a specialist in transport infrastructure schemes, including rapid transit and port infrastructure and acts for various harbour authorities. His work with environmental law issues includes advising on environmental impact assessment relating to town and country planning, transport and other infrastructure authorisation. Other planning work encompasses compulsory acquisition and compensation.
David is also well versed in competition law issues, including statutory monopolies, Articles 81 and 82 and the Competition Act, as well as on general public law issues including Freedom of Information and Human Rights.
