Prior to joining Bircham Dyson Bell, Bruce had previously spent over ten years as a corporate lawyer with Clifford Chance and Linklaters (including two years spent working in south-east Asia). He has extensive experience of a wide variety of transactions for private and public companies, including substantial domestic and international acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and group reorganisations.
