Experience
Bob’s many years of experience in the property field has seen him leading a team handling property transactions, planning inquiries and secured lending for a major oil company since 1981. He has also acted for a leading paper based packaging group since 1984, handling a variety of property transactions, business acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations. He has also undertaken several acquisitions of development sites for a well-known residential developer.
As a member of our Major Projects Group, he acts for a number of transport providers on land acquisition and other property aspects of guided bus, tram and light and heavy rail projects. In the process, Bob has gained considerable experience in advising clients regarding compulsory acquisition.
