

Guy Vincent, Managing Partner at Bircham Dyson Bell, today announced a total of 12 promotions across the firm including the promotion of Jonathan Brinsden to partner within the Charities Department. He said:
“I am delighted to confirm these promotions and wholeheartedly congratulate all concerned. We see these promotions as a vital investment in the future of the firm. Trading conditions are undoubtedly difficult at present, but things will improve and we are very much looking ahead and planning for better times.”
The promotion of Jonathan Brinsden to partner takes the total number of partners at the firm to 49. Head of Charities, Penny Chapman added:
“Jonathan has been a member of our award winning Charities Department since qualifying as a solicitor in November 2002 and has played a key role in developing our work and profile across the charities and not-for-profit sector. We are delighted that his contribution has been recognised through his promotion to partner.”
