All projects require some degree of project management,
especially complex, multi-disciplinary projects, which is why we
designed a formal approach. Our effective project management
system:

informed

Stages
Our project management approach is divided into three very
distinct areas:
Define: this is the planning stage at which the client
partner and the client define the purpose, the objectives, the
outcomes and the method, and agree a plan to achieve the desired
solution.
Manage: controlling the implementation, keeping to
deadlines, delivering to required standards and compliance
issues.
Review: following up, measuring our results against the
plan and recording any valuable lessons learned.
