An active approach to client relationship management enables us to build strong and lasting relationships with our clients. Central to our approach is the Client Partner. Every client is assigned a Client Partner when they instruct us.

 

Client Management

The Client Partner is responsible for all elements of the relationship building and management process including:

  • Agreeing and developing the client plan with the client
  • Managing implementation of the client plan
  • Project management
  • Pricing policy
  • Project review
  • Client plan review
  • Recording client data
  • Collating and reviewing financial data as required by the client

Given our passion for delivering on expectations, managing and building client relationships is not something that we believe can be left to chance.
