As a trainee in the department you will get involved in a variety of work including:
- UK, international and offshore tax planning and trusts
- Cross border succession planning
- Wills and estate and tax planning
- Contentious trusts and estates
- Administration of estates and post death tax planning
- Mental capacity and Court of Protection work
During your seat you'll attend regular training sessions, essential in a practice area which has seen many significant developments in recent years as a result of both changes in the law and the international lifestyles which our clients increasingly adopt.
