We act for a wide range of charities (over 450 national and international bodies) as well as for other "third sector" and not-for profit organisations, including educational institutions, research bodies, social housing authorities, professional regulatory bodies, representative associations and other forms of NGO.
Training on this team, you’ll work alongside recognised experts in the field, advising on a wide variety of matters, including forming charities, mergers and other commercial matters, fundraising and governance issues, as well as cross-border aspects involving charitable activities in Scotland and Northern Ireland. You will also work with colleagues in other departments, such as real estate and employment, to draw together the breadth of practical, cost-effective advice which charities require.
